How do I change my email address?

You can change your email address by signing into your TurboTax Online account for tax years 2018 and later.

For tax years 2017 and prior, you must download TurboTax CD/Download from the TurboTax products for previous tax years page.

To update your account information in TurboTax Online:

1. Sign in to the relevant tax year:
   • 2021
   • 2020
   • 2019
   • 2018
2. Choose a tax return in your account and select Continue to open it
3. Select Account Settings from the menu
4. Select Sign in & security, then Email address
5. In the Email address field, replace your old email address with your new one
6. In the Confirm email address field, reenter your new email address
7. Select Save
