Question

How do I change my return from assist and review back to the regular self-employed? I was sent a link for 40% off and it doesn't apply properly so I want to go back!

I entered all my information as self-employed then received a discount link, which did not apply the correct amount, I wish to remove the assist and review.

    Unfortunately, once the product is upgraded, it cannot be downgraded. If you haven't used the tax expert service, we suggest you contact our product support by phone.
