the payments I received from a wage-loss replacement plan were not taxable. I received a cancelled T4A when the error was found. How do I enter the cancelled T4A on refile

If the T4A is "cancelled", that means it's no longer valid. You would need to remove the cancelled T4A instead of adding it.

To remove a T4A slip in TurboTax Online:

Click on Find (magnifying glass) in the top right-hand corner. Type "T4A" in the box, then select "T4A Pension, Retirement, Annuity" from the list, and click “Go”.
Click “Delete” next to the T4A you want to delete.
