How do I enter information from a T1198?

I can't find the form on the website, and all the other questions are from two years ago.

I still don't see any place to fill out form T1198 in the EasyStep mode.

I called TurboTax support and was able to manually find and fill it out using the Forms button. All fields worked fine and no errors.

I have some time now before the filing deadline. I might wait to see if it gets added back to EasyStep to see if everything looks good and if my refund gets re-calculated at the top left..

Can we expect an update anytime soon TurboTax??

It will not do this... not how it works... If filling in the T1198 results in your refund being re-calculated something is really wrong. CRA will inform you later if any additonal $$$ is due to you.

@mdm1001 @Jsbarros In TurboTax Online or TurboTax Desktop Easy Step Mode, search for "lump".

@Hal18 The T1198 is allowed to be NETFILE'd for 2024, but not for previous years.

@richard150 The T1198 isn't to report your income. That is entered on a T4, T4A or T4E slip. The T1198 is just to ask the CRA to tax the amounts for the prior years as if you received them in those years

Thanks! Yea, I did NETFILE my return for Tax Year 2024 with the T1198 successfully yesterday. I was just trying to clarify that the $3000 max QRLSP amount was not an impediment for NETFILE.
