How do I know if the CRA received my payment of the due amount or my tax return?

I sent my taxes by normal mail and I payed the due amount online but I have not received any confirmation of the payment or the taxes. This was about two weeks ago, I know that the taxes take time to be processed but they have not said that they have received them, even if the mail courier says delivered.

You can view your information in your MyAccount at the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) or you can contact them to verify by calling them at 1-800-959-8281.
