How do I switch from a self employed version of turbotax to the basic version, I made a mistake and Ive finished my taxes

    If you want to change which version of TurboTax you are using, you would need to start your return over again.

     

    Also, if you want to switch from TurboTax Self-Employed Online to TurboTax Basic CD/Download, you will not be able to transfer your information from previous years if you used TurboTax Online.
