How to add a specific form(Business income/loss) that is not provided automatically based on the questionnaire has designed?

After answering the questions designed by Turbo Tax (online filling), I found out that I do need a form T2125 for my Business loss/income. So the question is how to add this form into my return? Many thanks!

You will not see T2125 in the Online software. You will go to the top right to use the Find icon and enter self-employment then choose it and click on Go. You will then proceed to answer all the questions as per your self-employment or business and this is the T2125 form included as an interview.
