How to Change Your Tax Return After You’ve Filed with TurboTax in Quebec ? I forgot to add a T4/RL1, I have already received the NOAs

I see an option that says "Make adjustments to your filed returns and submit them online to CRA via ReFILE" but every time I click on it I get a File not Found page.

    ReFile is not available for Quebec returns.
