How to deactivate all prior activations of TurboTax 2021

Need to deactivate all prior activations and set up again on a new (now reliable) PC

If you are using TurboTax CD/download you simply need to go to this link and download the version you purchased and make sure that you have the activation code to enter.

Choose the 2021 TurboTax edition you need (for Windows).

Tried that already. Doesn't work. I've already installed on 3 machines - all dead now. No option to deactivate that I could find.
