I already paid the 34.99 for the frist set of returns why again. Is more than one return included?

If you purchased TurboTax Online Deluxe in store it includes 8 returns that you can complete which fall under certain specific claims which includes: COVID-19 benefits and repayments, 

Import slips directly from the CRA, Import last year’s TurboTax info, 

Covers employment, unemployment, and pension income, Handles RRSP contributions, Claim donations, medical expenses, and employment expenses

Automatically searches more than 400 credits, Identifies tax-saving opportunities, Optimizes donations, medical expenses and RRSPs for the best result,  and claim dependent and student credits.

If you needed to upgrade to Premier this is why the extra charge for this one return. You will still have the other 8 to use. Which means you must have had anyone of the following: income and expenses from stocks, bonds, and cryptocurrency, rental property income and expenses,  capital gains and losses and/or foreign income.
