Question

I am missing all of my tax information from previous years (usually imported). I only have one turbotax account. Is this a bug or do I need to start from scratch?

Turbotax also does not show any "filed tax returns" from previous years.  It's as if I'm a new customer.  Again, I've only ever had one account/login so I'm not logged into the wrong account.

    Are you using TurboTax Online or TurboTax Download?

    Turbotax online for several years.  I've never used the download version.
