I bought turbo tax 2022 at Amazon. How can I activate it?

Please note that once you have successfully used your TurboTax Online activation code, you don’t need to use it again.

For 4 days now I am trying to download a software I bought on line. After I switch to Turbotax activate, the blue dot appears and stay on my screen forever. My son and grandson also tried with the same results. I am really frustrated because Amazon is refusing to reimburse me for the purchase of Turbo tax.

Are you using the Online version or desktop CD/Download version? Are you using a MAC computer? Our TurboTax download is not compatible with MAC computers.
