    Some taxpayers may have received a notification that their CRA user ID and password have been revoked. Visit CRA user ID and password have been revoked for more information. 

     

    Try these options before you call the CRA:

    1. Use a different sign-in method

    2. Register for a new CRA user ID 

     

     You may not be able to use these options if your account is locked or your address on file is incorrect. If so, please call the CRA at 1-800-959-8281.
