I did not receive any lockdown benefits and have a T4A with box 211 indicating a benefit amount?

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't receive a benefit.

Could you check the tax year on the T4A (it should be at the top of the slip in the centre). Based on the year, these are the periods that Service Canada would have sent the payments https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/benefits/worker-lockdown-benefit/cwlb-regional-lockdowns.html#regions.

If they haven't sent it out yet, and you met eligibility. Please contact Service Canada to inform them that you haven't received it.
