Question

I field my taxes with TurboTax for 2023 but I keep getting emails from TurboTax titled, "Have you filed your taxes yet?" but none of the options are filed with TurboTax?

I can't relate to this email, "You deserve emails you can relate to." How do I tell TurboTax Marketing department to either stop sending wrong emails or stop?

Unfortunately, promotional emails are sent automatically to our clients without knowing if you have filed or not, due to security of your file. You can click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email to stop receiving these promotions.
