Question

I filled my taxes yesterday. At the end, it asked me to pay $15 but I never upgraded to premium. The expert told me to pay and ask for a refund. How do I get it back?

The expert told me I would be getting the money refunded, but I wanted to make sure it happened because she checked and I had not upgraded to premium or deluxe. I payed so I would just like the refund ($17.25)
