I have a T4-A that is a stipend from a non profit for board meetings attended. How do I enter this? It asks for a business name and address?!?!

We are ready to file but it gives errors because we have not entered a business address/name/number. I am not self-employed...I got this payment by being on a board as a stipend. What information is the tax form requesting?

You can use your own name & address, along with a fiscal period of 01/01/2021 to 31/12/2021. You can look up the industry code using one of the methods on this Statistics Canada website: North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Canada 2022 Version 1.0

You don’t need to fill out any other information if it doesn’t apply to you.
