I have arranged the installment payments for 2021.The amount is deducted from my bank account. Now that the income assessment is done. What happened with that arrange?

I have arranged the installment payments for 2021. The amount is deducted from my bank account. Now that the income assessment is done. What happened with that arrangement?
If I was assessed to pay 6000, but there is still an arrangement for 12000 to be paid on the installments. Do I need to keep paying these installments? Cancel the installments or Was I supposed to declare the total amount of installments that I have to pay on line 46000?
