Question

I have bought turbotax deluxe online edition from costco. Packaging said it has 1:1 help, but after activating the product there is no expert help. Please advise me.

I called support. Support first said yes expert help included. Now they are saying buy it online.

    To receive help while doing your return, please click on the chat icon as seen in the image below. If you need to speak to a representative when you are not receiving the answer looked for, please answer NO it did not help and ask to speak to a representative and they will call you.
