I have line 32300 automatically filled by Turbo Tax despite the fact that I checked NO for the attending post-secondary option.

I don't have any tuition for 2022, didn't attend nor enrolled in any post-secondary schools/institutions. So, why is line 32300: Tuition, education, and textbook amounts keep getting filled (like it's adding around amount to it...)?

Line 32300 i not only for tuition from the tax year, it also includes unused tuition from past years. Since you used Auto-Fill, the CRA may have entered unused tuition from previous years onto your return. It may have also been entered by TurboTax if you transferred your return from last year.
