I just filed my tax return, and I believe I filed both mine and my husbands together, I was charged for 2 returns. but I can only see my return

Spousal tax returns are always filed separately rather than together. If you received 2 separate confirmation numbers, both of your returns were filed. If not, you will need to go back and do the Review for your spouse to be able to Netfile your spouse's return.
