I'm filling my 2022 taxes and it asks for the net income from my wife's 2022 federal tax return. Where do I find this?

You can find Line 23600 – Net income on your wife’s tax return by looking at the Detailed Summary. You can see a detailed summary of your wife’s return in the online edition of TurboTax by following the instructions on this TurboTax FAQ: How can I see a detailed summary of my return in TurboTax Online?

If she has not done her return yet, you can enter an estimate for now and then put in the actual number when you file.
