I'm locked into a window that is forcing me to accept assist and review. How do I get out of it? I don't need assist and review. Thanks

    You cannot remove the Assist & Review upgrade from your return if you have added it. You will have to start a new tax return.

     

    To begin a new return, go to "My Returns" in the top left corner and click on "Start a New Return". Once you've started a new return, you can choose "View All Returns" and then delete any unwanted return by clicking the small trash icon next to it.
