I''m ready to file for my disabled daughter with no income and its charging me. Can i file for free? how?

    She definitely qualifies for a free return. My youngest daughter 18 also should have qualified but was charged $39 also. I’m not paying that again? She has nothing to claim? Not even an income. Just need to make sure it’s filed for the disability tax credit.
