Question

I'm trying to transfer last year's tax return but the help line says scroll to "access filed returns". There is no such line. Does anyone have a better suggestion?

The access your filed returns only includes this year's return. I've used turbo Tax for many years & never had this problem before. The new format is different & confusing.

    Do you have more than one TurboTax account? If so your 2023 return may be in a different one than the one you are logged into.
