I netfiled my son's 2024 return, but it doesn't appear on the home page under filed returns. All of our family's returns are accessible except this one. How do I find it?

Other returns I filed do appear there, but not my one son's. Our family's returns from years past also appear.

Yes I used the same account. I can open his return under "My returns" but not under the archive of all the returns I have filed with Turbo Tax. It doesn't show up under the 2024 drop down.

The home page displays it, but not the filed returns? Can you verify that his return was filed by opening it?

Yes I can open it. When I view it on "Finish and File" from the home page, I can see a confirmation number. It says his return is filed.

Then it should be good. As you have access to his return and the Netfile confirmation number.
