Question

I purchased turbotax deluxe online edition 2023.I went to turbotax.ca/activate and once I login, it doesnt progress to allow me to input my activation code.

I went to turbotax.ca/activate.
I created an account.
It won't move forward to input my activation code.
I closed out, came back, logged in with my account.  
It won't move forward to allow me to input my activation code.
