I received income as the executor of an estate in 2022. I did not receive a tax slip. How do I report this income?

A T4 is only required if the fees are greater than $500 or if income tax is withheld on the amount. As an executor, you would prepare a T4 for yourself on behalf of the estate (who is your ‘employer’). If you need more info on how to prepare a T4 slips, you can contact the CRA at 1-800-959-8281.
