I tried the 888-829-8608 number for Windows 8.1 issues and only got French. Why?

Is this just a hoax that we have to go to TurboTax Online or update to Windows 10? Can't get through on phone number TurboTax provided.

1-888-829-8608 is our regular support line for TurboTax. Even though it should only switch to French when you press the number 8 on your keypad, it seems like it also switches languages if you say the word “Eight”. We’ve let our phone support team know about this issue, and they will work to fix it ASAP. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
