I tried upgrading to TurboTax Assist

    I tried signing up for Assist and Review, and as the subject line says, it was supposed to include Audit Protection based upon the features matrix for different versions of the product. Now that I've upgraded, I do not see it and the app prompted me again to sign up for Audit Protection!

     

    Was the sales matrix listing the features included inaccurate?
