Question

I use ubuntu software. i have downloaded 2023 turbo tax and paid for it. I have it on my files and desktop but cant open it to use. Please help. Thank you

    We are sorry we do not know what ubuntu software is. This is strictly TurboTax Canada software. 

    Did you purchase TurboTax Desktop. CD/download or TurboTax online?

    Hi,

    just called the guy who fixed my computer and he said I can’t download any software to the computer. I should’ve went online and did my taxes online but I’ve already paid for it and have a receipt number . Thank you
