I used the same sign in account information to file mine and my sons taxes last year but now when I sign in to do this years taxes I can't see my name anymore. Why?

Are you able to give us a little more information on whether you are able to successfully log in at all and what you see when this happens? Or are you not able to log in at all even though you have filed with us previously and have an existing account? We should be able to help give you the direction you need if you wouldn't mind clarifying.
