Question

I want to connect directly with Turbo Tax and that ability is greyed out for me. Once I upgraded it immediately told me I had to upgrade again. Not needed.

Turbo Tax is locking me out unless I upgrade--I did and then it immediately told me I had to upgrade to service for self employed which I am not.
