Question

I want to enter my turbo taxes manually. I forgot my user name & Im locked out. so Id like to do this return manually please

Ive be locked out from cra, because Ive tried to enter my user name & it comes back that Ive tried more then 5 times. So Id like to finish my turbo taxes manually

    It usually unlocks after 24 hours. Unless you are locked through the CRA, then you will need to contact them. Contact the CRA.

    @A652211A If you are seeing "CRA Result Code: 15 - Your account is locked."  you'll need to contact the CRA to unlock your NETFILE account.
