Question

I was trying to Refile my tax return and end up to get a message from CRA said CRA result code 615, your account is locked. What should I do next?

I still can get access to CRA account online but can't refile to CRA server as they said my account was locked.

    You will need to contact the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and get your account unlocked.
