I worked as a contractor for a company this year. If I report fees for services on box 48 of slip T4A, then should I report the same amount on self employment income?

My gross income is $18.820, that was on the T4A slip when they gave it to me. So now that I input that amount on box 048, should I put that amount again when being asked for my self-employment income?

No. When you enter it on your T4A, TurboTax will automatically create a business form for you in the Self-Employment section. You don't have to create another one.
