If i do Re-file/reassess my income from 2021, will I be able to download Express NOA straight away from Turbox Tax or no ?

I am adding Self employment income for year 2021.

Usually a reassessment takes 2 weeks, and in your case it might affect 2022 tax return as well. You will not receive an Express NOA after ReFiling. ReFile is done using CRA My Account services: ReFILE: Online adjustments for income tax and benefit returns

NOTE: Yesterday CRA's NetFile was down, no one could file. If this happens, try again later.
