Question

Im currently separated and need to file back taxes asap. I don't have access to ex's income information but can't file without it-CRA said they don't need that info.

We file separately.  CRA says taxes are paid and so its just a matter of filing.

    Can you please clarify your questions. If you need to complete your taxes from previous years you will need to enter your "spouses/partners" net income. If  you do not have that information you will need to enter an estimate.
