Question

In 2022 I paid to have Assist & Review pkg. I did not receive any assistance at all and wasted $124.30. Why did this happen?

    Did you contact Assist & Review with questions and to review your income tax returns before  you filed? That is the service you paid for.

    I was not aware that I had to contact someone.  Last time I used this I was contacted.  Total waste of $$ and a way to take advantage of Seniors.  Not happy at all.  Can I get some form of credit since this did not happen.
