Intuit is trying to charge my credit card, although I have not purchased any of their products with my credit card. I purchased Turbotax online but paid for it up front.

I did my Canadian 2022 taxes with Turbotax online edition and have an account with Intuit, but did not give them my credit card info, but now I am seeing a pending charge from Intuit payments

If you purchased TurboTax online you would have had to pay using a credit card unless you purchased in store.

I purchased Turbotax from Costco on April 2nd, but when I finished entering all information I was prompted to give credit card information and was subsequently charged again by TurboTax a cost of $47.46 to my credit card. The activation code that I used was XXXXXXX

@Trabolin3 It appears that the CA TY2024 TurboTax Online Coupon 8 Deluxe Retail activation code is active and connected to your account. Make sure you are using the same account to prepare your return. We advise you to confirm that the online Deluxe edition you are using is not an upgraded version, which is why you are being charged more.
