Question

It asks me how much i made from march to may but i am not sure and it does not say on my t4 what do i put?

    You only need to enter the information showing on your T4. The other empty boxes are there for other people who have that information on their T4. The box 57 you are speaking of does not need to be entered from a T4 as seen in this link from the Canada Revenue Agency: T4 slip: Statement of Remuneration Paid.
