It's asking for my commonlaw info from 2021 but I thought that was the tax's we doing now?

    Are you preparing your return separately from your spouse? If so, you would need to enter your spouse’s net income (Line 23600) for 2021. If you don’t know the exact amount, you can enter an estimate. Please see this TurboTax FAQ for more information: What if I don't know my spouse's income?
