Its asking for the union dues amount from line 14 on my T4, but thats you income

Yes, Box 14 of your T4 is your income. However, if your employer paid your union dues for you, the amount they paid would be included in the amount in Box 14. Since there are other amounts included in Box 14, you are asked to enter your union dues amount on the “Union or Professional Membership Fees” page so that TurboTax knows what they are.
