Last year I've used Live Assist but I don't want it this year. How can I disable it?

    To do this, start a new return, by selecting “Start a New Return” from under “My Returns” in the bottom left corner. Then select "Create A Different Return" at the bottom to start a completely empty return.

    This absolutely sucks because I had to start from scratch. Turbotax pushes the users for upsales but gives no reasonable option to go back to a basic plan in subsequent years? I'm under time constraints right now otherwise I would have looked for alternatives which I might do next time. This is after many years of using TT.
