Lost Licence code

I purchased 2023 Turbo Tax desktop installation version.  I cannot find the email with license code to activate.

Support page info asks me to look for email from Turbo Tax with my payment receipt, which I cannot find in Inbox or Trash.  Does anyone know how to talk to Support Agent or any process to receive my License code ?

I purchase TurboTax standard 2020 and cannot find the license code. How do I proceed to get it back?
