My past filed tax returns are not showing up/not accessible - TT says all past returns are saved, how can I access all filed tax returns from 2019-2021?

I already tried the video but it didnt help. my log in screen didnt have access to old returns

Did you use TurboTax Online for your previous returns? If so, do you have more than one account? Your returns may be in another account if that is the case.

If you used TurboTax CD/Download in previous years, then your returns were saved to your computer, not our servers. We would not have copies of your returns.
