Question

My return was ungraded to live review for free then at the end it wants to charge me $15. How do i take it off and return to the free version?

i didnt use the live review. this is just a simple return and i dont want to enter all the slips again

    Unfortunately, once you have upgraded or added features to your TurboTax return, there is no way to downgrade or remove the extra features. You would need to create a new return to go back to the original product.
