My T5/NR4 SUMMARY OF INVESTMENT INCOME AND EXPENSE FOR 2022states that I paid dividend to other in usd since I am short on stock, how do I file those lost? thanks.

for example this is my T5/NR4
(3A) GROSS FOREIGN INCOME (US)
paid by you: 100.00
paid to you: 50.00
