Why I did not reserve my return yet

Did you successfully file your tax return with the CRA, if yes, you would have received a confirmation number. If not, you may need to open your income tax return go back to the "File" section of your return, and go through each page until you reach where it asks if you'd like to NetFIle your return or print it to mail- then continue until it sends then you will see a page pop-up showing that CRA has received your return this will include a confirmation number.

Contact the CRA at 1 (800) 959-8281 to see if they received your income tax return.
