Online 2023 to desktop 2024

Last year I used turbos tax online. I hated it so moved back to desktop version this year. How do I transfer information from 2023 online to 2024 desktop??

TurboTax Basic Windows

Under file new I do not get an option to import even though I am signed in.
I only get the screen that lets me choose easy step or forms method.

Hmmm. There was no “tax home” on left side but there is a space that says “access your filed tax returns”. If I click on this the only file type I can access is pdf not .tax??

Does it make a difference to what shows on the screen if I am using the Canadian version?
